Mr. Deepak Aryal, a distinguished climatologist, professor and head of department at central Dept. Of Hydrology & Metrology also former Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University presented the activities of Tribhuvan University to study Snow and Ice in Himalayan Region.
The presentation was very interesting, informative but alarming too, particularly the temperature rise and melting of snow in the Himalayan range.
